Kmart is doing it again, but they have changed the rules. They will be doubling coupons 1/4-1/9, but they will only double coupons up to a face value of $1. You will also only be able to double 25 coupons per person per day. Don't fret! This is still a great deal, and I hope to list some great transactions that you will be able to do.
