How do you get the coupon? Do they give it to you at the clinic?

Wow, good question. The email I received didn't say how they would give them, so I was just supposing they gave them at the clinic, but when I called my local Home Depot to see, they said that they don't have them. I sent an email to get clarification, and will post an answer as soon as I hear. Thanks!!!
