Help Me Learn About You!

I'd love to get to know more of my readers! I receive email from some of you and have gotten to know a few of you by that, but I'd like to learn more. And after reading this post from A Cowboy's Wife, I've also realized the importance of learning my readers' demographics. So I put together a short survey and hope that most of you will take a couple of minutes to answer. I tried making it as short and sweet as possible, so no torture test...lol. The answers won't show up to anyone else and individual's information will not be given out to any third parties. This is just for my personal reference in getting to know you and learning reader demographics for companies. Thanks for your help!
