These were so cute and easy I just had to share!
1 box devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 tub Halloween icing w/ sprinkles
Mix first 3 ingredients and roll dough into 1 inch balls. Cook at 375 degrees F. until done, let cool. Put icing on bottom of one cookie, and place another cookie on top of icing (make sure the tops of the cookies are facing out). Gently press together so the icing oozes out just a bit. Open the sprinkles and lightly roll the sides of the cookie sandwich in the sprinkles. Makes app. 12 sandwiches.
The kids loved them and I used a generic cake mix, so this treat cost less than $2!
